Link operator to their assigned vehicle. Or give access to all vehicles for technicians and supervisors.
HVI has four role types — Operator, Technician, Employee, Sub Admin. Each role gets appropriate access. Operators see their vehicle, Sub Admins see everything.
Equipment operators — excavator, crane, dumper, loader drivers. Assigned to specific vehicle.
Maintenance technicians who repair equipment. Access to maintenance and parts.
Office staff, store managers, accounts. Limited access based on their work.
Site supervisors, project managers. Full access to their assigned site.
Don't give everyone access to everything. HVI lets you control access at module level — Inspection, Maintenance, PM, Parts Inventory, Analytics & Reporting, Safety, Team Management. Each team member sees only what they need.
Every operator is linked to their assigned vehicle. When they log in, they see only their excavator, crane, or dumper. Technicians and supervisors can see all vehicles.
Running multiple highway packages or project sites? HVI lets you organize teams by site. Each team member is assigned to primary and secondary sites. Supervisors can manage multiple sites.
HVI has four roles — Operator (for equipment operators), Technician (for maintenance staff), Employee (for office staff), and Sub Admin (for supervisors with full site access). Each role has pre-set access levels that you can customize.
When adding or editing a team member, click "Select vehicle" to assign specific equipment. Operators will only see their assigned vehicle when they log in. Technicians and supervisors can be given "All vehicles" access.
You can control access to 7 core modules: Inspection, Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Analytics & Reporting, Parts Inventory, Safety, and Team Management. Enable or disable each module per user based on their role.
Yes. Each team member has a Primary Site/Project and can be given Secondary Site access. This is useful for technicians and supervisors who work across multiple project sites or highway packages.
Yes. When adding a team member, check "Make Approver" to give them approval rights. They will receive notifications and can approve or reject maintenance work orders and parts requests.
Each team member gets a unique User ID and password. They can log in via the HVI mobile app or web portal. Notification emails keep them updated on assigned tasks, inspections, and maintenance work.
"Managing 50+ operators across 3 sites was chaos before HVI. Now everyone knows their role, their vehicle, their access. No confusion, no overlap."

"Access control is the best feature. Operators see only their machine, technicians see maintenance and parts, supervisors see everything. Perfect separation."
Priya Sharma

"Sub Admin role solved our site supervisor problem. They manage their site fully without seeing other sites. Exactly what we needed for multiple packages."
Vikram Singh

"Vehicle assignment to operators means no arguments about 'whose machine is this'. Inspector completes check, operator is already linked. Clean records."
